I read an amazing article this morning. Some of it was hard to read , some of it was encouraging and made me feel normal with my bonding troubles with Bee, and some of it was a real eye opener about what can happen with attachment problems. This is a real good article for you adoptive parents to have people read when they don't understand why you have to restrict holding and doing certain things with your child when they come hom. It also explains why bonding is so hard and why it is different with a biological child. Please read, it is long though.

that was a good article. i think its important for people to be aware of the fact that adoptions are not all "love at first sight" and "happily ever after". thanks for sharing.
