My Happy Eastern News of the day is for my friend Kelly!! I just saw on another forum that a woman who has a referral date of 9/29 and is through Eastern that she jus got EP approval. Ya!!!! They are moving and quick!!.
I had the same question as Grace! So that would mean those other two folks got their EP is 9 days and this person got it in about 2 weeks. Amazing! I really hope this means the short turn-around at the Ministry is becoming a trend! Remember that rumor that the Ministry would be closed in April? Maybe they meant the Ministry would be working really hard in April!!!
Kelly, if you pay attention to the timeframe of referrals in each batch. It looks like they usually apply for about 6 weeks worth of referrals. In the end of January beginning of Feb they did from the middle of May through July 7. Then at the end of Feb they through the end of Aug. Then from what I have heard was that they got through Oct 22 in the latest batch. So that means that who will be in this next batch with us???????? Isn't your referral 12-01? I'm praying hard!!
have you heard or read anywhere if the next batch after the 4/1 has been submitted yet? my referral is 12/4 so i am hopeful soon too (if my stinkin I600 would get approved!) =)
No I have not heard. However what I see is that they usually submit a batch at the very end or very beginning of each month. I have not seen the 2 batches. We expect (hope) that they will sumbit for Bee's on the 30th or the 3rd. I am hoping that you and Kelly are in the batch with us!! Your trip is coming up!! I'm sure you will find out when you get there.
I have heard that an agency is working on their October families! Let's hope that the "training new staff" means that things are going to keep going quickly.
Kara, you are so good at giving me hope that this thing might go faster than I thought. Wheee! And yes, our referral is 12/1 (at least that's when we got the call. We accepted 12/9 and the referral itself is dated like 11/20 or something - wonder which date matters?).
