Finally this came in the mail. Thank you Congressman!!

Valentine's Breakfast : Pink pancakes with chocolate chips,
organic strawberries, chocolate cupcakes, bacon, and mimosas.

Both of my boys had gifts on the table this morning when
they came down for breakfast.

Homemade chocolate doughnuts for breakfast on Saturday morning
What a busy weekend! We went to our county fair last night and it was 50 degrees and freezing. Ya I know you Illinois girls are laughing at me. I even had on long underwear :) . We won another goldfish for Riley's first fish we got last year at the fair. We ate the biggest elephant ear I have ever seen and it was SOOOO good!!! And no it was not organic. We came home , got into our warm jammies, and got into bed and watched the Olympics . Then this morning I woke up early and made pink chocolate chip pancakes, brown sugar bacon, chocolate cupcakes, organic strawberries, and mimosas. It was really good! Then the boys got to open their gift bags full of goodies. I have something special planned for dinner too. We went to the late service and then met my dad and Jesse's parents for lunch at Pei Wei Asian diner to celebrate the Lunar New Year. That was pretty yummy too!
I was very excited to finally receive our letter from the National Visa Center that our paperwork had finally been sent to the Embassy in Seoul. I plan on calling towards the middle of the week to make sure that it was received and the P3 packet was sent to Eastern, and then I will not be calling again. I really want it to be a surprise when we get our travel call and I really don't want to go crazy over the next couple of months checking and waiting. It will all happen in God's perfect timing. Happy Lunar New Year and Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!!

I'm with you, I want our TC to be a surprise too! I would like to know about EP, though. We'll see, hoping it will go quickly for ALL of us waiting!
That letter is absolutely worth celebrating! Wow - that Valentine's Day spread looks awesome! And I'm kind of drooling over those donuts - are they hard to make? Sounds like your family is having a great day. Happy Valentine's Day/New Year!
Yes, good news from the NVC. Cool!
You sound like super mom to me. I'll be over for breakfast next time, for sure. Those donuts...ummm...YUM!
And...the fact that you can even have a County Fair in February says a LOT about how it is NOT cold down there. I know...its all relative.
