I'm kind of a tree hugger so I love Earth Day. My roses are in full bloom and of course I can't smell them because I'm sick. They are so pretty. My smell and taste are really off today. Everything smells like stale cigarettes. Gross!!! What's weird though is that Riley and I went to see the movie "Earth" today , and when we walked into the theatre I thought, Hmmm, it smells like their baking cookies. I actually looked around for cookies. And then then I realized it probably just smelled that way because I'm sick. So I asked Riley if it smelled like cookies or popcorn and he said popcorn. Darn!! Cookies would have been good. We also got our China renewal paperwork in the mail today so I was excited about that. This weekend we really have nothing planned because I had planned for Jesse to be in Korea , so maybe we'll go on the boat and enjoy the sunshine. Well gotta go make some dinner and then take Riley to church.

your roses look lovely! my first tulip bloomed today! i was so happy when i looked outside, and there it was smiling at me.
