Little Bit of This.. Little Bit of That

Avacados

all over her face and hair

but happy she was

messy and all

Yes even avacados get the trademark fishface

Riley decided to make a traffic jam on his train set

Man, am I glad that I didn't have to get stuck in that.

Well things are going pretty good with the exception of Riley's behavior.  She is sleeping great and trying pretty much everything I put in front of her. I wanted to write about my diaper experiences for those of you who are new to cloth diapers and plan to use them when your babies get home. I loved the ones I made but like I said before, they just didn't fit her right because of her chunky thighs. We were using the F*zzi Bunz at night and stopped because they leaked every night. So far we have been completely satisfied with the Gdiapers, however we are using a disposable at night because I just haven't found anything that will stay dry. I have been using the disposable gdiaper liners when we go out and the cloth while we are at home and they are working out AWESOME! I was lucky enough to get a large supply of them from my husband's company as a baby gift and we just love them.  And they are a lot easier to wash than the other diapers. We also have the bamboo cloth wipes and warmer that I got at BabiesRus. They are so soft but they shrink a lot in the wash and I really need to get a bigger supply. I have 20 and would like to have another 20. She loves to be cleaned with the warm wipes. I bought some "wipe juice" solution from Lusa Organics . It smells like lavender and is really soothing. So that's the lowdown on diapers.

I just LOVE her smile...and those fish lips...always crack me up.

That is one BAD traffic jam, indeed. I hope his mood (and traffic) improves soon.
