My baby boy is 11 months old today

My little Cameron is getting older and we really thought that we would have him here by now. Eastern still has not returned the p3 packet and we still have not heard back from our agency. Hopefully today we will hear something as to why we are still waiting. My only guess is that his passport still has not been issued. If they had received it by the end of last month like they thought, they would have returned the packet by now. If they haven't gotten the passport yet , it could still be another month for us. That really sucks! But there is nothing I can do about it. I just really want to know what to expect and when to expect it. So many things are on hold right now. My brother- in -law bought a plane ticket to come down for Cameron's birthday and he needs to cancel and rebook it, but I have no idea when to tell him to come. I can't say come the first week of August because if we get held up another month, that would not be the best time to come. We have left the last few weekends open because we thought Jesse would be traveling and it's getting pretty boring . The only exciting thing is Family night, which we are going to the beach for on Friday night. Riley wanted to have a candlelight breakfast this morning and when he wanted to blow the candle out he said, " Mommy, let's wish for Cameron to come home". You have to understand that this is coming from a kid that says he doesn't like babies and he doesn't want to be a big brother. So I was really touched that he said that on his own. He must have known that I needed that wish. Well, I will post later if I hear from our agency. Wish me luck.
