Update

It has been 2 months since we sent in our acceptance paperwork for our little man and we are still waiting to be approved from CIS. He will be 8 months old in a week and a half and I miss him already. I looked at Riley's baby book last night and saw that Riley was 20lbs at this age and he was pulling himself up in his crib, rolling over, and he got his first 4 teeth. It made me very sad that I am probably missing all of it. I'm really hoping that we get an updated picture. I need something positive to get me excited again. I have all of his clothes ready and I have almost all of his diapers done. I just need him now. This is probably the hardest wait ever. At least when I was pregnant I could feel my belly and watch Riley's foot move across my stomach and I had a due date of when to expect him. This is much harder. I wish they made an epidural for this stage. Then I could just coast through the next couple months and then he would be here. Thank you everyone for all of your prayers , I think they worked because I believe that all of our issues with the paperwork have been ironed out. We should hopefully have our approval maybe late next week. Fingers Crossed!!!

Kara, I will be praying that you get that approval soon. I think that this time is the hardest. You keep looking and looking at that picture wondering about what they are doing and wishing that they were here, home. Hang in there...
