I made this quilt for Cameron's foster mother this week. I really wanted to tell her thank you for loving our son as if he were her own. I couldn't think of anyway to express my gratitude other than to make her something. Jesse is going to take it to Korea with him and giver it to her in person. I have this picture of her with him and the look on her face just shows how much she loves him. It will be very hard for her to say goodbye and I wish I could be there to comfort her. I hope she knows that she will be in our prayers and that we will never let him forget her.

How wonderful! I'm sure she will be touched and love the quilt.
I'm planning on doing the same thing. I'm going to use the same fabric to make a quilt for both the foster mom and our daughter. A way to keep them connected.
