Still sewing

Well I have started making pocket diapers instead of all in one's. After I tried to dry the one I had made, and it took me 3 dryer cycles to dry it, I decided to switch. And I have to say they are much easier to make. Not as many layers to cut out or sew. And I will have double the amount of diapers now because I had cut out 2 flannel layers. And I got my serger to work so I made some cloth wipes too. It's so easy. I'm gonna have to make smaller ones though that can fit in a wipes case for my bag. I also made something for my friend, Sue. She'll have to wait until next week to find out what it is. As far as the adoption goes, we had an issue with our I 600 . CIS mailed us and wanted copies of our taxes and some other papers. So hopefully we will get our I 171h approval by the end of the week. I'm getting anxious. I just want him to be here now. I bought some clothes for him. There is a store that is having a consignment sale for baby stuff in 2 weeks. I got rid of all of Riley's stuff so I need a stroller and activity bouncy thing. Everything else I'm pretty much making. It keeps me busy. Well, I'm off to sew.....

I think it's great that you are doing so much sewing for your baby. Those diapers will be great.
I just saw the referral picture and your little guy is just adorable. Hope the time passes quickly.
